Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
1, Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment;
2, Shipped by the shipment way which you had chose with tracking and drop-off without signature.
3, If you prefer delivery by DHL, UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so Must be fill your complete and standard Address, included the city, Zip code and Phone number. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
4, Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
5, DHL, USP, Fedex, maybe need you to pay tax, so, if you chose these shipment way, you need to pay tax, how much tax, this is depend on your country, we can not know this, maybe about 5-10$, or other, you can go to check or ask your local DHL, UPS post.
6, If we can not ship out in 5 days, we will sent email to you, so, please note your email.
because some time, some parts are no in stock, or the factory can not ship to me on time, then we will need to wait.
7, If you want to return the package, please contact us.
8, Most of the countries will be receive the packages in about 5-35 working days; but, some countries, remote countries, maybe will delay about 7-15 days. If you chose the normal shipment way, we can not promise the time.
